Why it is low-risk to say yes

  • No procurement upheaval. It analyses anonymised flow files your labs already generate. Keep your instruments, keep your workflows.
  • No new accreditation. It does not run the test and does not return results for patient use. The scientist keeps interpretation and clinical sign-off, so it sits outside UKAS device accreditation. It is an analysis and QA-support tool, not a diagnostic device.
  • No patient-identifiable data. Anonymised files only. The analysis stays with you.
  • Auditable by default. Readable code plus an audit trail of who did what and when, which supports your quality assurance and clinical accountability.

When our low-cost instrument is ready, we run a concordance study alongside your current analysers, at no risk to routine service.
